Peace Practices are practical, interesting, and enjoyable mindfulness practices that you can weave throughout the day to bring awareness to the present moment. The practices help the individual draw from their inner wisdom and their TRUE SELF in creative, challenging, and frustrating times as well as help develop greater connection with life and nature. The Practices help in listening to what we are thinking as well as enhance the art of listening and responding to others from a grounded and healthy place.
I offer Peace Practices to groups through simple 1 hour group meditations, workshops, and Spiritual Well-Being lessons and for the Individual through individual sessions.
