BECOMING THE NEUTRAL OBSERVER
The Peace Practices©, Spiritual Well-BEing lessons and Spiritual Guidance Coaching, support the individual in cultivating a true state of peace and oneness with life. The practices help the individual to bring awareness to the tendency of thinking while observing in a neutral and non-judgemntal way towards ones own thoughts and emotions. When we observe in this way we begin to become familiar with the patterns of thinking and then with the simple practices I offer people find a greater capacity to respond verses react to their own thoughts and emotions. Once we become more familiar with the patterns, we realize that we have a choice about what and how we think and what we pay attention to or not pay attention to. Since our thoughts are so remarkably creative in our lives we begin to understand, like it says in the teachings of The Science of Mind and Spirit, that as we change our thinking we can absolutely change our lives!
ALIGNING IN A PEACE THAT IS ALWAYS HERE
I know within myself, and see it in others, that when we are in alignment with this peace and awake to the present moment we experience life fully. As a result we ever more happy, content and our life view becomes more of an observation of the magnificence of life and love as we participate in life with joy and awe!
We are all such busy people but it is important to simply stop for a few minutes to align with our inner peace. It is quite helpful to do a simple practice first thing in the morning since this sets the tone of our day and then incorporate this simple practice periodically through out the day.
If you think about it, absolutely everything is energy and vibration.
Of course we all know that Sound is energy and vibration, light is energy and vibration. Quantum physics tells us that everything animate or inanimate is energy and vibration and so are you and I energy and vibration. Our emotions, thoughts, bodies and our soul are all energy and vibration as is our personality.
KEEP IT SIMPLE! DEVELOPING SIMPLE DAILY PRACTICES
A simple practice beginning in the morning and then weaving the mindfulness practices throughout our day aligns us with the energy and vibration of peace which is essential if we want to experience a more peaceful, fulfilling and productive life.
When we practice this we are aligning not only with an inner peace and silence but also with our ancient wisdom and inner guidance. In this way we live in response to life rather then in reaction to it.
There is no right or wrong way to meditate (or Practice Peace), but there are some basic principles and practices that help us develop a deeper capacity to live in this peaceful, healthy and wise way.
