90 minute The session begins with a spiritual guidance counseling session were we check in and see what is currently present for you and we get clear on some healing and empowering intentions. Next we move to the table, you lay on your back fully clothed with a light covering and we begin the experience with a short guided meditation to help settle the mind, body, emotions and spirit! Next we move into a Chakra balancing, Reiki healing energy and sound therapy session dissolving blocks, tensions that are known or unknown and then transition into the dynamic Awaken Breath Work part of the session. We close the session with a beautiful healing and empowering guided affirmation meditation and anchor the intentions. You will leave uplifted and open to receive the full abundance and joy of life that lasts for days and ultimately expands and awakens you for your lifetime!
